Ducks that raffle ♥♥♥♥

Here in this part of the Duck mafia HQ the lies something as like a black market, but there is a difference. Here you can raffle anything you want like tf2 items.(Stranges and miscs prefered).
But there are stipulations.


Once you enter a raffle, your entry will not be refunded

Raffle Host DOES NOT have to tell anyone when raffle is over.

Raffle Host DOES NOT have to tell anyone how many entries there is or left.

Raffle Host CAN take up to 35 percent of the raffle winnings if he is hosting for group member.

Raffle Host CAN deny a member wanting to host a raffle for any reason.

Raffle Host CAN only take 35 percent of the raffle earnings if the item is kept with the owner

Raffle Host CAN'T take more than 20 percent of the raffle earnings if the item is given to the raffle host.

In order to raffle you MUST give the item you want to raffle to an officer or a Moderator.
