Hi Dixiechuddies!

Today I did some work on the server. Since swapping to the new provider there has been some things broken and or missing. I finally got off my ass and ended up fixing them. On top of that we now have both a new map and a return of a classic ! I ran through the new map by myself and it looks fine, it's a one stage A/D map. Update notes

-Fixed the Gunboats revert not even responding. (Turned the server off and turned it back on again)
-Sm_reverts_gunboats 0 ---> Sm_reverts_gunboats 1
-Fixed Random Damage Spread not being enabled (we aren't sure why it was disabled but now it won't disable again)
-Learned and implemented a way to add Steam-workshop maps easily and without headache. (no fast dl set up rn)
-Added Cp_Pinerock
-Added Plr_Steelway
-Removed Blue Heavy
