Alpha: Get very important missions. Special to have around in operations.

Beta: Get general missions. May help out in operations. Usually seen fixing a few things, or helping others.

Delta: Still an important team to have. Maybe not quite ready to take on operations by themselves, though.

General: A huge group of people across the universe who help out defending it from evil, and completing quests! Helping out in operations together, too.
