This is the official Steam Group of the Reverend Gr0gg. But who is this "Reverend Gr0gg" character anyway? He sounds like a real jackass wonderful human being.

To answer your question, the Reverend Gr0gg (henceforth referred to as "I", "me", etc. because writing in third person is a pain in the ass) is, more or less, two things: I am

(1) a streamer, and I stream every Friday night at 8 PM central time (along with an occasional regular video or two to break up the monotony)
(2) an ordained Dudeist minister (remember "The Big Lebowski"? They made a religion of it. Seriously.)

Now, despite the whole "Reverend" and "Church" and "Minister" thing, this ain't a religious group, and I'm not here to preach to ya. Funnily enough, doing that would actually go against the tenets of Dudeism. Nah brah, I'm just here to play vidya games, drink heavily, and share the experience with other dudes out there.

So feel free to tune into the streams, check out the VODs, watch the other videos, and of course, join this group.

Or don't. That's a-okay too.

Hey-ho, dudes!

Tonight we're gonna be starting the first new Tuesday night series - Fallout: New Vegas. From this point forward, there will be two series running side-by-side each week. One series will be streamed on Tuesdays (New Vegas in this case) and the other will be streamed on Fridays.

As of this moment, I don't have a Friday series decided-on yet. I was originally going to play Knights of the Old Republic, but that game and Windows 10 don't seem to want to play nicely with each other. I do have some other games in mind, though, including Hitman: Blood Money, Evil Genius, and Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden. Depending on how well those games behave (both with Windows 10 and OBS), one of those games will probably take the Friday slot.

For now, though, Fallout: New Vegas appears to be a go, so check it out here on Twitch[www.twitch.tv] or here on Youtube.

What's This!? A Banner Contest?

Salutations, dudes one and all!

In the interest of having some fun, I've decided to host a little contest.

For those of an artistic bent (as well as those not of an artistic bent), here is your challenge: design a banner.

It's not entirely that simple, though. I do have a few requirements.

The image should be 2560 px wide and 1440 px tall.
The background of the image should be an image of the main area of Flower Fields from Paper Mario.
Somewhere on the right-ish side of the image should be a variant of the "Remove Kebab" copypasta relevant to Paper Mario. Flower Fields, its inhabitants, or the Chapter it's part of should take the place of turks/kebabs in the copypasta. Note that the entirety of the copypasta does not need to be visible in the final image, but it should be both visible in the requested area and recognizable as a "Remove Kebab" copypasta.
The copypasta should have an unorthodox, yet still readble font. One of the Lucida fonts is a good example of this, though it does not have to be Lucida.
Additional (tasteful) references to the Vietnam War, Jar Jar Binks, and Cannibal Holocaust (among other things) are welcome and may improve your chances of winning.

To enter the contest, first make the image. After you are satisfied with it and think it's ready for use, upload it to imgur and reply to this post with a link to your image. Only one image is allowed per person, and you may not submit additional images after your first, so make sure it's ready to go when you submit it.

Naturally, if you have any questions, you may ask them freely.

This contest will conclude on November 3rd, 2016 at 6 PM Central Standard Time.
