The Caliph´s Serious Raffles

Have you been scammed on the web? No? Kudos to you then Sir!

The reason I am making these raffles is because I was utterly and noobishly scammed by a scoundrel (such wonderful people which are rare in TF2...) This bitter experience prompted me to start this project, I want to create (or better said, host) raffles that are not scams and b ring something positive from that experience...

Anyway, these raffles are also meant as an opportunity for any person with a scrap to compete for a hat or an item which usually would be over some refined or keys.

The mechanics of our internal raffle are the following:

1) One entry (hereafter called "tickets" ) is one scrap. The more scraps you use to buy "tickets", the more you have (simple Math!).
2) Each ticket is assigned a number.
3) The numbers assigned will be typed into a special program to chose the winners ( in http://www.random.org/).
4) The first number shown up will be the winner, the second one will get the double of the value of one ticket and the third the refund of a single ticket.

The delivery of the prices will take place as soon as possible. The winners will be announced through this page.

From time to time we will host raffles at TF2R, but since they are for free the items will not be as good as the ones here.
