We're here, and we will stop you.
We will go around on the community in our squad, stopping capping and tryhards from achieving their goals and destroying fun. All hail the Lord, Gaben, for letting us be able to prevent caps.

The rules:
Rule no. 1: don't be Toxic. like hate spam, scamming, cheating Toxic.. We don't do that here.
Rule no. 2: kill the people who fit into the categories listed above.
Rule no. 3: prevent caps (unless it's on a tryhard server or pubs)
rule no. 4: make tryhards and kiddos rage.
Rule no. 5: bind or say stuff like: STOP RIGHT THERE! YOU HAVE VIOLATED THE LAW OF NO CAPPING IN FRONT OF A NO CAP SQUAD MEMBER! if someone caps.
Rule no. 6: have fun. and hail Gaben.
