Rules
1. No harrasment/spamming/scamming/impersonation.
2. All raffle winners will be decided by random.org
3. All deposits are final.
4. Only mods and up can make raffles.
5. Breaking of the rules will grant you a semi-permanent ban.
6. One ticket is one cent
7. Depositable items have to be marketable and worth more than 0.20 in value, we do not accept wildly fluctuating items. Exceptions are most of the items in TF2 since they are not marketable, but have a stable value.
