Here is how our raffle system works out:

When raffles are held, members can enter the raffle with items. The items that the members enter will determine the number of tickets the member will have for that raffle. The amount of tickets can affect the users chance of winning the raffle. The hoster of the raffle will announce when members can no longer enter their items to the raffle. After that, Benny will sort information out and once everything is written down correctly, he will use a random number generator which will determine the winner of the raffle. The winner of the raffle must claim their item(s) in a certain period of time (not decided yet/ can vary from different raffles).
