Be Zen!

This is a multigame team that whish to help player and team improving themselves.

It's goal is to gather people of all levels and promote team and other communities by sharing with them it's ressources and members (and especially those with competences like webdesign etc...) It aim to finance, or help finding finance, and to help in legal field (especialy if the team became big enought to transform into an non profit organisation or company).

It give itself the goal to follow young team or nearly just created team, train their members, by using training servers and the members of the Be-zen group to assemble training group on demand, adapted to any level these newcomers have.

Individuals can also ask for personnal training sessions (like 1v1 or 2v2) with coach (members of the Be-zen or their own if they prefere).

All members who decide to act as a Be-zen members will show a Be-zen! Be-zen, Bzen! or Zen! tag. They may not show it but then won't be able to act as one of us. Those who have the tag will have to follow a groupes of comportementales rules to represent our group ideal. (for exemple, no ragequit, no insult, etc...) any members infraction to these rules, while wearing the tag, if not explicitely justified will be banned from it.)

This associative team will also work with the IGC MNGC who aim to the same things, but for community.

Currently, Be-zen Project is affiliated with the IGC core project (witch regroup the Be-zen Team Project and the MNGC project).

Une Team multigame

Son but est de rassembler des joueurs de tout niveaux et de promouvoir les teams existantes en leur proposants des aides et des personnes possèdant des compétences (en graphisme par exemple) ainsi qu'en les finançant ou en les aidant à trouver des financements et une aide juridique pour se monter en associations ou sociétés)

Elle aura aussi pour but d'entrainer les nouvelles teams (et même celles déjà existantes) grâce a ses propres membres (dont certains feront parfois parties de grandes teams) dans des parties "sur mesure" (c'est a dire que l'equipe coach se vera composé de manière a plus ou moins égaler la team coaché)

Elle met a disposition de server a des fins d'entrainement pour team ou pour tous joueurs, dans des games ou des groupes de 1v1 ou 2v2 se feront coacher par des joueurs plus expérimentés.

Enfin, les joueurs qui joignerons se groupes se plieront a la charte Be-zen! un ensemble de bonne pratique visant a jouer fair play (et pas de raler lorsque l'on perd par exemple) et ce quelque soit les conditions.

Cette team associative fonctionnera de paire avec MNGC qui a les mêmes pbjectifs, mais pour les communautés et font toutes 2 parties du IGC Core project
