What is this group for?

-The (competiteve) group is determined based on the officer's/moderator's inputs and how well you perform
-We will host several events to play together on Payload, King Of The Hill, and Control Point Maps.
-We train together from time to time throughout the course of the year, these are optional although preffered so that the group could stay relevant in a competiteve scenario.
-We will start competing around 2016-2017 and we will try our best year by year to move up divisions.
-15 slots in the 6v6 setting, we will follow under UGC rules[www.ugcleague.com] so look there for more information.

We are looking to be competiteve and therefore would like some proffesionalism from everybody. This group is open to everybody to help build a smaller community within Team Fortress 2. We also want to build some sort of community so that everybody gets a chance. If you don't make the roster a certain year, dont give up! There are plenty of oppurtunities and there are open events for you to play with some of the members of the competiteve team to learn from.

We expect the competiteve team to be proffesional and kind to others in the group. We don't make training sessions mandatory so there's freedom and because we know that not everyone can be on at the same time. We really recommend you participate in events/ trainings so that you help your case on the team, if you miss every event in the year, you're probably out from the team.
Only some people will have a place semi-permanently in the team based on their perfomance / involvment, every year gives new chances for other players. If you made the team the previous year, your chances for the following year are increased (to help encourage loyalty and chemistry).
