Welcome back lads,some info here.

This is gonna be the start up roster for our regiment, Doc is currently an making online Google document that is gonna be our main roster. Also if you know someone that would like to be in the regiment, but are not in the group please invite them in.

But here's the thing, I would like if you all would go to the "Discussion" section and go find the dicussion called "Rank wishes" and post what rank you'd like to have/a reason why you should be given that rank. Please don't post random stuff under there, we're trying hard to fulfill everyone's wishes and by posting random stuff you're just delaying us. Thanks!

The 65th will reopen at the beginning of next month so you need to be a bit quick with the wishes.


Here's a list of all the ranks, you can wish for anything except for Colonel and Lt Colonel.

COs

Colonel: Leader of the Regiment, whose role is to organise the companies and oversee the regiment as a whole.
Lt Colonel: Secondary to the Colonel, with similar goals and objectives.
Major: The Major manages the company he administers, this will include organising events and dealing with promotions.
Captain: Secondary to the Major, with similar goals and objectives.
Lieutenant: The Lieutenant supervises training sessions, and acts as a talent spotter/recruiter.
Ensign: Secondary to the Lieutenant, with similar goals and objectives.

NCOs

Sergeant Major: Assigned to a group of 4-8 people who conducts training, keeps an eye out for promising members.
Sergeant: Works with the Sergeant Major in the training group, fills in for the SM when he is not present.

Enlisted

Corporal: This rank denotes an individual that desires to move forward in to NCO and/or CO positions.
Foot Guard: The rank is awarded to the most skilled, reliable and experienced members of the enlisted.
Veteran Foot: A more experienced member of the Foot.
Foot: A soldier in the ranks.
Rookie Foot: A individual who is new to the regiment and may not have been in a linebattle before.
Recruit: A new member to the regiment.
