52nd (Oxfordshire) Regiment of Foot

The 52nd Regiment of Foot was the First Regiment of the Light Division that fought right through the Peninsula War and the Waterloo Campaign. It also partook in many other battles, being one of the most successful Regiments in the British Army!

We are recruiting EU members (accepting NA if you can attend EU events) actively and we will not decline anyone without solid grounds of reasoning.

A New Beginning

New Beginnings - Hello all. These past few days have been disapointing for me, not least due to Manchester City lossing to the Scousers, but also it appears our number has darastically been reduced. However I can assure you that the situation is under control. I am undergoing talks with certain groups who are interested in filling our ranks (who will currently remain anonamous). We will be maintaining the 52nd name but a new invite only steam group will be set up with dedicated admins. We have also gained an agreement to recieve admininstration help from the 59th Foot who will be insuring the regiment's structure is failsafe. I wish you all an enjoyable Easter and the regiment should be restabilised by 1 JUNE.
