4X strategy for dads, or adults over 30.

4X Dads is an open community that will see members come and go. The general aim of the group is to bring together the 4x gaming dads, which many may be anti-social to begin with, into a community where 4X multiplayer games can be setup between like minded individuals, 4X gaming discussion can take place, and other topics or events may pop up. Having experienced the internet and all of it's glory for over 25 years now, I feel it is necessary to lay down some ground rules for this community.

Membership requirements: Registration is open to the general public. However, if you prove to be too childish for this group, you will silently be removed from it. We typically are men over 30 with family and children.

Language: I do not censor, however, this is Steam's show, so be mindful of Steam's rules. One thing that will likely get folks alienated with one another quick is politics. So be sure you have a good read on the other person. I'm not likely to get involved or say anything. I'm an expat living in Japan and I don't really care about US or European politics.

I'm not offended by language. I have a thick skin and am a foreigner living in another country, so I'm used to being treated like an outsider. If the community grows larger in size, I do not want to have to play community cop. I already have kids, so be adults. I won't explicitly ban people for specific speech or beliefs. That's up to Steam.

Officers: I will appoint officers I feel are trustworthy and when we are big enough to warrant them.

Moderators: I will appoint and remove moderators as needed.
