Information

There are four requirements to become a member of the 1stEB, they are: Maturity, Behaviour, Experience and Age.

>Maturity

The first requirement and the most important requirement is to be mature. Maturity is a very important aspect because being mature creates a sence of organisation in the regiment and it gives the regiment a good reputation within the NW community. This creates more opportunities for the regiment to gain new events, make friends with other regiments and to get new people into our community. Being mature also creates a good and fun atmosphere in the regiment.

>Behaviour

The second requirement is to behave. Quite simply, if you do not behave during your time in the 1stEB, you will not be allowed to join. We do not wish to have people in the regiment who troll and behave badly during events and on public servers. We wish to be known in events, on public servers and in the whole NW community for being well behaved, friendly and respectful to others not for recruiting trolls, regardless of their skill level.

>Experience

This requirement is not a requirement of such. The 1stEB accepts all who are friendly, well behaved and quite simply not a troll, regardless of thier experience in-game or in regiments.

>Age

Like experience, age is not a requirement of such either. The official age limit of the 1stEB is 16 and over. This does not have to be. If the candidate fullfills the first two requirements listed above, "Maturity" "Behaviour", then the candidate is free to join the 1stEB even if the age limit is not met.


Enlisting is when a candidate for recruit is given the chance to join the regiment. An officer of the 1stEB will get the candidate's information for example:
Steam link, their contact of the 1stEB and which company they are interested in joining. After this, the candidate will recieve the correct permissions in Teamspeak and they will get an invite to the regimental Steam groups.


How to get promoted?

>Attend our events.
>Play outside of events.
>Spend time within the community, outside events.
>Recruit new players into the brigade.
>Follow orders and community rules.
>Behave and communicate.
>Improve in-game. Show skills.
>Be active and show interest.
>Contribute by donating, creating media (pictures, textures, mods, banners, videos, youtube etc)

When do you get promoted?

>When you've fulfilled the necessary requirements stated above under "How to get promoted".
>When you've followed the aforementioned guidelines and requirements.
>Sundays at 20.00 PM GMT.
