Target 4 has been seen entering turbine matches and has a relatively low steam level, will continue to monitor. Due to the target's plethora of groups that it is a part of, it was easier to find a group that had a small, tight-knit group of people that was also public. Additionally, target seems to join groups that are quite similar together in both theme and colors. Target 4 seems to claim the female gender, but could easily be anything else. Will tread with caution.
