If you are referring to the flickering visual effect of Saturn's rings, I would recommend increasing the anti-aliasing setting in Wallpaper Engine's configuration. Additionally, for an optimal visual experience, you may need to set the wallpaper frame rate to 60 FPS or higher. Please note that these adjustments may significantly increase hardware resource usage, so adjust the settings appropriately based on your computer's specifications.

Spectacular. Is there a way to randomize the celestial angle of the wallpaper each time it loads from a playlist? Or to have the angle slowly rotate over time?

I'm very sorry for causing you so much trouble.
However, I still haven't been able to reproduce this issue yet. Could you provide some more details?
Also, is it possible that the shortcut you added is for the Steam uninstaller rather than for launching Steam?
I look forward to your feedback.
