i dont know why, but when a pawn mutates, the mutations tap never updates. They never return to Human and the Mutations tap is also still empty, no matter what i do.

Greatly yeah, I can't tell if it's exactly because of pawnmorpher or HAR but Pawnmorpher is the only mod I need HAR for nowadays... Anyways, it seems like pawn rendering might be slowing down game FPS a lot, not to mention for me all the additional menus on pawns with mutations seems to be broken too. I love the mod a lot but it does seem like it is hampering performance way too much at the moment.
To be clear, this isn't factual knowledge, I just observed some stuff in my very modded up playthrough, I didn't do a lot of testing or have the know-how to pin down issues like this anyways.

I feel that the 1.6 version can cause obvious more view drag lagging than 1.4 version. I have been playing this mod in 1.4 when there are about 300 mods and 80 colonists in my base, but the view drag lagging is alright. However, in 1.6 it starts lagging significantly event in quick test with 50 spawned pawns.

The mod seems to be throwing erros with a good bunch of race mods that uses HAR.

Ah, thanks for spotting that. It founds its way back into the mod info file, you don't need hugslib, I'll remove that and make a quick edit.

Why does the mod loader says that this requires hugslib when on this mods page it doesn't say it under requirement?

I love using Pawnmorpher for my mod list in Rimworld, but I figure it should be mentioned that I am playing on ver. 1.5. It appears that the latest update to the mod causes some sort of issue on game load (enough that it forces a wipe of the mod list back to base game + DLCs). I mention this in the event no one else has noticed this / reported it for investigation.

And just as an aside, your link to Ko-fi doesn't land on your creator page, it just lands on the feed page, at least for me. Ko-fi lacks a search function (!) and Google doesn't get anything for creator name "mikerobe". I was wanting to donate because I love this mod and am so happy to see it updated to 1.6, but I'm a bit stymied now.

Pawnmorpher has been updated to Rimworld 1.6.

Changelog:

* Updated to 1.6

* Fixed surgeries without ingredients throwing errors.
* Fixed morphs being incorrectly considered invalid for caravan.
* Fixed severity meter stuck at 0 in part picker for un-mutated pawns.
* Fixed launch time scaling by number of HAR races.

(As mentioned, this was bascially only going to be a version update. Thank you for your patience, and thanks to Zera for working on this update! Please report any issues you find, especially if they are new issues in existing 1.5 games.)

@Mcozzy if you dont mind a manual instalation, try to get it from the github. warning, its verry verry bleeding edge as it were. so expect errors and if you can report them. you may save dev time later.

Literally waiting for this to update to start a new game.

Personally I hope fully changed pawns become a bit more useful.

ya know they say you cant rush good quality. This is a prime example. So long as its confirmed that the mod is not abandoned patience wont be in short supply.

The issue with HAR has been fixed, so it is now possible to update. We'll have something soonish. There's a very early, unstable test build available on the discord, which I don't recommend you add to an active save, I more mean that there is indeed life here.

Yeah, HAR having that issue is definitely painful, hope to see it get fixed and having Pawnmorpher see the current version of Rimworld. Definitely one of my favourite if not most favourite mod for Rimworld.
