Because the freezing ragdolls don't have a coded animation. Hence the T-pose. NPCs work well with Combine anims, and PM models can only be use for VJ SNPCs with PM animations.

@Exie Do you have any add-ons that change the playermodel selector? there's a chance they have a "Enforce your playermodel" option and that's what's preventing it from changing.

I can't believe you people actually think this broken or don't know how to use this. Just read the description or even just look at the toolgun help at the top left corner of your screen. (The toolgun help appears when a tool is selected on the toolgun is equiped and it tells you what the set buttons do.) I Really hopes this helps you guys.

I don't get it, when I put a ragdoll model on an NPC and the ragdoll works fine on the npc but the original NPC's model is still here so it's just 2 models in one npc and so idk it's not really what's supposed to happen I believe

When I select a model and try to replace another it says no model selected

@hgrunt probably because whatever model you swapped it with doesn't like half-life source animations

I used it on half life source npcs to change their model into a reskin it just breaks the npcs and causes them to float they function properly only that they float and walk on air instead of the geound
