Added new 7.0 settlement types to allied outpost of Araby (So that Araby can build allied outpost in Norsca and Dechals's settlement)

Added resource_ui_overrides_tables so that the Araby culture won't see the Throgg troll and savage orc mark in the citybar
Added other Mixer subcultures that were made after Hung to not see the coffee resource
Now Golden Magus can attack the city from the sea directly

- Changed Luther and Morghan's horse entity type to wh_main_cavalry_slow_hero_blood (Which would increase mass)
