-added jingle only soundtrack option
-added silent option to individual tracks in custom soundtrack
-fixed default music playing for half a second before loading custom music on starting a new run for the first time after opening the game

fixed bug where if you were in a StageAPI custom floor it would fail to play music that hadn't been set for the floor in its StageAPI settings
