updated config menu text

-added feature to set 'weights' for soundtrack selection in shuffle/random options rather than just on/off
-fixed random selections sometimes messing with shuffle selections
-added checks for some edge cases

replaced Rebirth music files with less compressed versions

fixed the currently playing selection from sometimes using the music type for the current room/floor instead of the music that was actually currently playing (they can differ sometimes)

fixed a check getting stuck after doing the mineshaft escape

fixed curse mist (mirror and mineshaft) check sometimes happening on game start causing a crash

custom selection menu now has options for the currently playing song at the top of the list

added new variants option, some refactoring

added additional check to make sure moms shadow intro and chase music plays on repentogon
