Smoker Toxic Cloud Damage

The Smoker generates a cloud that, in the original game, only causes coughing and doesn't inflict damage. However, realistically, this cloud should cause additional damage. This plugin is inspired by the Smoker Cloud Damage plugin from SourceMod, which I previously used on my server.

Don't forget to rate the plugin and report any bugs you find; reports are necessary to fix errors and improve its performance.

El Smoker genera una nube que en el juego original solo provoca tos y no inflige daño. Sin embargo, de forma realista, dicha nube debería causar daño adicional. Este complemento se inspira en el plugin Smoker Cloud Damage de SourceMod, el cual utilicé anteriormente en mi servidor.
