[VScript] Tank Spawn & Death Music

This mod adds two new custom music cues for the Tank using VScript:

• A warning sound that plays the moment the Tank spawns (before anyone spots it).
  
• A death sound that plays when the Tank fully dies after ragdolling.

Works in singleplayer or hosting via local server. Other players don’t need the addon, but they won’t hear the sounds unless they have it installed too.
