Only head and back accessories will be particularly useful without oSB's additional vanity slots, unless you like wearing belts and gloves with no shirt, and shoes with no pants. (Not judging!)
Without other mods, dyes are limited to what is already in the game and the (currently) one additional dye added by this mod. I recommend Green's Dye Suite, but they should work with any modded dyes!
Another fun fact about Green's Dye Suite (which I recommend using with this mod anyways) is that you can dye ALL parts of the item as long as you have the hex codes. You just hit the little "+" in the bottom right corner to add a new color to the current palette. I was using screenshots and the color picker in paint(dot)net to find the hex codes I wanted to change!
