Description
Adds the naval power and unrivaled pirates of the Bissagos of Guinea-Bissau to the game, under their reforming queen Okinka Pampa Kanyimpa.

The Bissagos (Okinka Pampa)
UA: The Sea Has No King: Unworked unimproved resources grant their highest yield as Culture. Every 5 enemy units killed on water or coastal tiles, or policies adopted, reveals a random pasture resource somewhere in your territory.

UU: Urate: Replaces the Galleass. +2 Movement. May consume 33 HP to create up to two random contemporary melee land units on nearby unoccupied land, which disappear after 5 turns. This unit and units created by it have a +20% CS bonus vs injured units.

UB: Kandjá Kamotó: Replaces the Temple. +1 Culture. Unemployed citizens increase production toward naval units by 10%. Settlers get the 'Iran' promotion, granting +1 embarked movement, +1 movement on resources and giving a Shrine to the new city when they settle.

The steam workshop is broken for the time being. No Mod can be downloaded (transferring), since the 18th of November. Can you provide a link to a regular download?
