Improved Blood Textures

Adds higher resolution textures for splatters and wounds. Splatter textures cover a wider area while splats/blobs of blood are cover less which helps to diversify the way blood appears.

NOTE: Blood not layering on top of each other is a bug with the Source Engine. You can notice this same problem with other Source related games. You can try a mod called Blood++ here on the workshop.
