binge music albums!! music is good for the soul no matter the language the lyrics is in.
i personally recommend tricot if you like weird sound and japanese math rock!! math rock is really good in general (as in being good music!!) even if you put on a yt playlist (at least i love it) <3

another music thing: listen to "bilateral beats"!! it's really interesting music theory(?) that like the music will play like side to side in your headphones (bilateral beats only work with headphones or earbuds) there's plenty of playlists on spotify and yt (bilateral beats has like lots white noise and beach wave sounds so it goes into that stuff too kinda)
