David was lag switching, jumping 20 metres across map. Feng was exploiting the known bug on Garden of Pain, between the bush and the fence, not wide enough for the killer to pass through, but if a survivor stands in the middle of the gap, they cannot be hit from either side by the killer. The Feng very deliberately went to the location.

I didn't see anything Cheaty at all so i had no basis that they were cheating so this seems like a random accusation
