Lets be real here. GTA5 is an abusive relationship. every time i try to get out it pulls me right back in. The game is pretty fun in story mode and online will keep you around for hundreds of hours but the online is also an unbalanced mess. its hard to recommend to new players as if you don't have millions in game its really not worth your time. GTA online is also a micro transaction hell while at the same time being occupied by raging hackers that will blow you up from the other side of the map rapidly until they decide they want to crash your game after telling you your address. Despite all this the game is very fun to play with friends and as of now has to be the best game to jump into and screw around with friends. if you are looking for a good story game with a great map San Andreas provides a far superior experience but if you are looking to do some online gameplay with your mates and just have fun shooting jet rockets at each other while a nuclear sub fires rockets for you to dodge while an alien gang war is happening right below you you will not find a better game. just seriously note that if you dont have time to grind out millions of in game money over about 10 hours then the game isnt worth playing at all.
