Psycho Bathroom is awesome. Honestly, i'm not sure how to describe it ... Your fighting poop, and buying upgrades from Cat with an adorable voice, in a seemly somewhat simple game, and then a few upgrades in, and level's in your timing double jump dashes to land just close enough to the boss to unload the combo meter you just built up, while deflecting heat seeking turds! Is it weird to call a game where your dodging splattering poop charming? Cause it totally is.

I would recommend it. In fact, I probably would of paid for it.

Fun game! Really enjoyed splattering enemies. The dev obviously put a lot of thought into the level's, and overall a fun game. I do wish i was able to shoot in more then 3 directions with flying enemies.

Early Access Review
Gladiator Guild Manager is the best auto battler i have played. I have had lots of fun coming up with various strategies and team comp's. Unlike other team manager games, it has a strong RPG element that isn't there just for fluff. For instance, I have 2 Mana Assassins (Rogues), one that does a very high backstab, where the other one is a brawler with stealth. The various quirks your gladiator can have also spice up the selection, as well as the ability to equip various items that boost stats, or add effects.

The Story has some good humor to it, and keeps you engaged. Some of the boss battles are fairly challenging. It seems geared to the casual audience, though hard mode is an actual challenge.

The dev seem very committed. Balance changes are community driven, and updates are frequent. All good changes. This game continues to get better, building on an already solid concept.

Early Access Review
Really fun game. The concept is a rogue-like where the dungeon is the world. It's balanced well, and grinding is fun, as there are many ways to make money. I got 20 hours out of the game so far. Totally worth the buy!

This is the game that every Indie Dev who wanted to make rogue likes always wanted to make. It's not worth discussing. Just go buy it. It's a must have game.

You have to log in to UBIsoft to even play. I'm really sick of this from steam and the publishers. If i wanted to buy it on Ubisoft's store i would of done that. I don't want to have to make 2 accounts, reconfirm my email and get spammed all over again by Ubisoft. It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ offline game, why are you forcing me to go through 3 sites, 2 logins and 2 accounts to play a 6 year old single player offline game with no network capability. The only thing Ubisoft did was add a cash shop. Ubisoft is trash

I've bought most of the TCG games, and i tend to put this up there with slay the spire.

The Good:

The systems are amazing. Each race and class have a several distinct systems that give's them a unique feel while still being able to play the race/class multiple ways. You get to choose 2, and even the same combinations can be played 8 differn't ways. The Art is also like Magic the Gathering, so the cards alll look beautiful.

The Equipment and weapons are my favorite thing by far. Armor and Acessories are essentially Buyable Relic's from Slay the Spire that auto cast for AP. where weapons act as permanent cards you get each turn. You can run a very reliable, full equipment build that synergies with itself, or just pick up a key item.

Perks are permanent bonus's you get when you level. It seems like yet another layer of stats, but it harmonizes well with the equipment and class/race cards to allow you to really build in your play style.

Finally the Modes in this game, specificly Adventure mode, and Draft are amazing. Draft is fun because you can draft perks, and you end up with some weird combo's and unique playstyles. Adventure mode has you travel around, clearing stages, looting stuff and building an ultra powerful deck. Challange stages in Adventure mode net you permanent followers.

You can create custom modes and tweak the rules if you want as well. This is really fun when you learn a powerful build, as you can easily make the game harder or easier based on what you want to play.

The Bad:

The Menu's and UI are pretty horrible. For instance deck building. You have to bring up the character screen, then the deck menu, But can only see your class cards. If you hit the deck menu a second time it shows all the cards in your deck, but not your class cards. The non Deck or Class cards are in the stash.

Further more, There is a searchable Glossary of cards, but no Glossary of effects. After 161 hours i still don't know exactly what Greed, Judgement or Meditate does. Most effects i have to learn through trying them out, which isn't easy in a deck builder game with tons of effects going off at the same time. Some cards do explain the stat/effect, but the game assumes you know WAY to much.

Overall: The game is one of the best card games i've played since Slay the Spire. It's very unique, and even worth buying the expansion. I've not even played the new races and it's already given me 30 hours of game play that feels new and fun. I've actually enjoyed this more then Borderlands 3, if i'm being honest.

Book of Demon is a well polished, quick access game It's got a unique, easy to use system to customize your play styles, and overall is a fun Character Build oriented game. It's art and mechanics are pretty basic, but they are fun, and they do work pretty well with the genre

The Card Building: It's doesnt really feel like cards. It feels more like a way to equip skills with the background of cards. Now this isn't a bad thing, but if your expecting to shuffle your deck, or play a certain card, you will be disapointed. It does however do an very good job at being a flexable build system. You can easily change cards out, and though it is a spam the button style game, it does offer tons of viable playstyles.

The Gameplay Mechanics: The point and click thing isn't the best mechanic. Combine that with the "Paper" characters that have no real aniamtions i think missed it's mark. It feels to basic. There is a shield system, which you must "break" the shield by clicking on a shield. This can offer some intense moments, but mostly just hurts my hands. The "heart" system, which consists of elements like fire hearts, is actually pretty fun, and works very well. There are spells/skills/items that even un upgraded, can still pack a punch against the opposite element. The boss are interesting. They have differn't stages, in which there are clear and obvious objectives (stay in the circle, kill the guards, etc). It offered a lot of adjusting tactically to bosses. There solid, simple and easy to learn mechanics, but they are a bit basic and carpel tunnel-y

The Building: I do enjoy the character building in the game. There are a decent amount of options (hopefully more to come). It's actually fun, and gets challenging when you hit the later levels and diffacultys. I love the epic system, and how epic versions of cards can dramaticly change things, where normal cards and magic cards offer slight enchancements. This is what makes the game and genre fun. Looting to find a new card that you don't have. Still, i wish there was a shop for some basic cards... perhaps one that only refreshed it's stock when you open the magical couldren. The opening of the magical cauldron is fun, but I don't like the increased cost mechanic. I'd prefer to be rewarded for not cashing in with cards, rather then waiting on opening them because you you don't want the price to get to high. If you buy early, when your most likely needing to, at end game it becomes virtually unaffordable.

The games not fun, relaxing or all that great.

So the first complaint is there are only 2 mountain ranges. It sounds like a lot, but there are not that many actual differn't runs and most of the runs are just not fun. The controls are fine, if a bit restrictive (can't flip if you don't have the height), but you pretty much end up going off of a cliff suddenly, or trying to find a jump that doesn't turn into a rock at the end of the snow mound. Most of the runs end up being either going streight down hill with no visability and lots of jumps or go streight downhill with no jumps and great visability. There really isnt much verity here. Nor does it help the wingsuit or glider. It's not like creating more mountains would be hard. You can just scan a heightmap of resort mountains and famous mountains. It just feels really restrictive....unless you pay of course, and even with what i've seen of the DLC, those combined with the game still feel like the game is incomplete.

The other thing that just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks is the lack of grinding, or any tricks besides flips and grabs. It's also just not santisfing to land a trick. It feels automatic, like the game does that for you. It feels like it's doing all the fun parts for you, and you just have to watch.

Honestly, the old nintendo winter games is more fun
