What can I say, it is a great game.

It might be a bit overwhelming at first but once you got to know the core meechanics you wont be able to stop playing.
That being said, there are a few dlcs that are basicly a must because they introduce new and fun actions and mechanics.
Consult a guide on which dlcs to by for the mechanics you want to have.
If you play online with a friend who already owns all dlc then you don't need to worry ;)
