eh, its pretty good
im only a few hours into it

Just like its predecessor, Ori and the Will of Wisps is nothing short of a work of art. I would recommend someone definitely play the first game before trying this, however people who are fans of the first game might be surprised to find out that Will Of Wisps is not the simple platformer that Blind Forest was.

It's ok, I've only played a little bit.

As a fan of the Civ 6 base edition, I am very dissapointed in this new expansion. The only particularly good part about this expansion is the new Civs it adds. The new era system is cool, however it is pretty much useless and the bonuses it gives are very inconsiquential to the game. I personally think the new loyalty system is the worst part about this expansion. While it is a cool concept and would be better if they fixed it a little bit, it is a broken mess at the current time. All it does is limit your civilizations expansion. If you settle a new city, you have to worry about it rebelling. I was about 90 turns into a game, and I decided to settle a new city on an island. Another civ comes along and settles AFTER me, within 20 turns my new city rebels and joins the other civ, who i was allies with at the time. There was nothing I could do to get my city back other than wait for the alliance to end and then declare war. After I declared war and took the other civ's capital, it rebeled in ONLY 4 TURNS. Keep in mind, I was doing everything in my power to keep the loyalty up. After recapturing the city, capturing other cities around it, and having it rebel about 5 times, I decided to give up.


TL;DR
Only the new civs are good
The loyalty system is broken
Every other new feature is mediocre at best

Save your money untill they fix the game. Go play Civ 5 in the meantime.

I am a huge platformer fan, and I love playing indie games that put a twist on them, this once certainly was different. I overall had a lot of fun with this game. The difficulty levels are kind of all over the place, with most of the game being easy, but certain parts being very hard. I sometimes got frustrated with swapping my characters and managing them. The story is good, but felt incomplete in the end. Also had some plot issues.

Very good game, excelent mechanics in a platformer. Amazing soundtrack and art style. Probabaly one of the most beautiful platformers ever made. Offers a good challenge, but can be easy at times. Puzzles aren't too hard, but most are very clever.

Bastion was really fun to play through. It's a pretty short game, but it's got tons of replayabillity. 10/10
