I gave it a shot. Without exaggerating, I did not enjoy one moment. 1 minute of flashy ADHD menus, followed by a 1 minute race. Sometimes not even that. One of the races was literally 35 seconds. I really am not trying to be funny, I had zero fun with this.

Here's just a list of the bugs that have been in the game since I started:
- various camera bugs
- vehicle collision going into home office
- the carrier container resets its name when you pick it up
- your slow stabs through the shield sometimes don't proc and you just do a heavy attack against the shield of an enemy that is staggered
- same as previous but your blade just slips off or something idk
- many animation errors where players look like they're driving but are running around
- your suspensor being active while flying (hopefully just visually)
- my character being frozen in time on arrakis while doing some parkour near the entrance out of boredom
- rockets disappearing from your rocket attachment for your ornithopter when you take it off
- DLC vehilce part permits showing up and being unscrappable and unlearnable, meaning you throw them away
- vehicles load their "broken" meshes by default making your vehicle look like it's destroyed for a few seconds sometimes
- ornithopter wings not animating properly at a short distance
- ornithopter wings not folding in if you don't look at the animation
- activating the boost in your ornithopter after getting in won't let you steer with WASD for a second, making you have to spam S to go up
- new fuel status after refueling will only show up once you stop boosting if you started while boosting
- the buggy being stuck to the side of a mountain where it meets the sand

Apart from the bugs, every enemy is insanely tanky to the point where it's just not fun to do PVP DD POIs by yourself or even as a 2 stack.

I'm not accepting that EULA.

Edit: DLSS and FSR must be a god sent for the devs, game still runs about as well as the average presidency in the colonies south of Canada.

Fühlt sich an wie eins dieser wirklich guten Flash Games die man damals gefunden hat und in die man ein bis zwei Stunden hereingezogen wurde. Für den Preis absolut solides Spiel.

Took me just a few clicks from the pause menu to get to a store page where I could spend real money on cosmetics. Why did I pay €34? So that I could be asked to pay some more money of course.

Thankfully, Steam’s refund policies are pro-consumer unlike most non-indie games these days. I might as well go play Diablo 4. At least that game has character customization.

The game shows my ingame profile as having finished 86% of the game because I refuse to buy the ♥♥♥♥ tier DLC that they put out. Whoever is in charge over there should have done literally nothing, the game would have stayed better that way. Also, enjoy a bunch of undiscovered items when using the artifact of command.
Time to uninstall because I'm not emotionally attached enough to roll back the update through steam DB.
