Oyun klasik ets 2 gibi ama grafik motoru ve alt yapı olarak daha yeni bir oyun. Son gelen 1.40 güncellemesinde grafikler güzel olmasına remen daha güzel hale geldi amerikan tırlarını ve amerikayı keşfetmek ve birazcık zaman geçirmek için güzel bir oyun. Oyunun 1.41 deneysel betasına scs tarafından getirilen en fazla 8 kişilik kendi sunucunuzu kurarak arkadaşlarınızla eğlenceli vakitler geçire bilirsiniz. Oyunun konvoy bölümüne bir an önce mod desteği getirilmeli insanlar araba ve otobüs modlarıyla oynamak istiyor.
