Are the developers stupid? The abbreviation "PUBG" stands for "Player Unknown BattleGrounds."

The developers are now standing up and renaming the game on Steam to "PUBG: Battlegrounds."

So, accordingly, the game is now called:

Player Unknown Battlegrounds: Battlegrounds.
