You shouldn't need a $1000 GPU to get above 30fps in a game that looks like it could've come out in 2016.
Performance issues aside, in generally looks kinda ♥♥♥♥♥ sometimes. Anything built on even a gentle slope will come out looking like ♥♥♥♥. How they managed to ♥♥♥♥ that up compared to the first game, I have no idea.

The new road tools and zone types are cool, at least.
