A fun time, I'd laughed out loud many times in early game when learning to fly & kill with my plane and watching the enemies burst into fireballs and trail downwards.

Do not buy if you plan to play on VR with external controls. It's not actually polished and friendly when you're first setting it up, what a headache. I don't know why you would only allow the user to navigate the menu with WASD, and then also map your control axis to WASD by default, so that when you go to change the key binds it doesn't register it, because the axis tester is up at all times. Wtf? If you buy the game you'll quickly know what I'm talking about.

Almost all of my playtime was trying to make it recognize and work with my VKB Gladiator, and MQ3, just to finally get into the game and have it be a mediocre experience IMO. Maybe the frustration I faced getting it to somewhat work took away my enthusiasm. They need to fix the VR experience.

The sad part is, they never figured it out. "Monarch, what land do you own?" "What castle is yours?" "What is your kingdom?" The skies, it has always been the skies. Crimson challenged the king in his own court, and did not even see it.

Anyways, its peak. Absolute banger of a game. Only wish we saw more after the end. What was the offer that not only enticed Hitman and Kaiser, but also had them worried about anyone owning it right after? And what happened post war? A Federation member broke the cease fire, was there any punishment or other backlash?

Oh well, time to go play the dlc.
