I am happy they fixed the skins issue for mac users and we can now purchase them...however...what kind of business doesn't respond to a customer support inquiry. Steam really needs to treat their customers with more respect. Granted they might think a bunch of kids can be pushed around...no response it absolutely the worst possible scenario. So for two weeks i didn't hear anything when I should have at least been forwarned they were working to resolve the issue...but zero...zip...nothing in two weeks

Ok so BIG PROBLEM!!! I just wasted about $20 on all the Packs and The Slaughterdome!!! As you can see there is magically an APPLE button added to the right side of the Windows Icon. This changed yesterday as I check at least once per day to see if they have made it compatible for Mac. However, IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE and Steam tricked me...I am begining the process of informing them and If I do not get a refund that would be FALSE ADVERTISING on their part! I will keep everyone posted but as of now if you have a Mac "DO NOT DOWNLOAD any of the packs or the creature slaughterdome. The sir hammerlock, torgue, pirates booty and mechro dlc's are the only ones currently working.
