The Forest is a sexy ass game.

Never before have I seen such a fluent in its genre video game, Crab Game (not a spin off of the popular Korean television series "Squid Game") perfectly hits the nail on its head to be a fun and heart pounding experience for its players, the audio design is good, so is everything else about this game, maybe not the modelling. This game truly is able to show the exaggerated swagger of a middle aged man named Jeff trying to earn profit for his family's welfare. 10/10.

THE BASICS

Resident Evil Village was one of my most enjoyable playthroughs of any single player horror game. I loved practically every part of it, from the character design, graphics, world design, sound design, you name it. Even though this is a sequel to the previous release in the franchise (Resident Evil 7 Biohazard) it brought me joy that a recap was made for players that for some reason hadn't gotten round to playing the start of the story. The price can be argued, but for me personally was just fine as I feel I received my money's worth.

THE STORY (SPOILERS)

Of course the main plot twist near the end of the story of Ethan really being dead ever since visiting Louisiana 3 years ago, and being made of the mold was one of the craziests and most intriguing parts of the game for me, but at the same time closed a lot of the holes in the games (Ethan literally having parts of his body chopped off, but just sticking it back on again). The characters all had a unique story to them, showing their backstory and how they ended up slaving away for Mother Miranda, especially Heisenburg. This goes without even mentioning how Mother Miranda disguised herself as Mia to Ethan for possibly a year or more (from what I know).

THE GRAPHICS & SOUND DESIGN

Nothing to be said. Absolutely amazing, the ray-tracing especially.

THE MERCENARIES

The Mercenaries is a time trial sort of minigame which unlocks in the Extra Content shop after you first beat the game. Personally I never found it all that fun, however I can definitely see people enjoying this as a cherry on the top of a cake.

OVERALL

A compelling gaming experience for me, couldn't recommend this enough, extremely good game. Get it!

i pooped myself

Addictive and a lot of fun, be aware that you'll have some ♥♥♥♥ times though.

Takes a lot of time to get into, need to stick with one server and continue to build up research per wipe. ONLY SWITCH SERVER IF YOU NEED A NEW LEARNING PLACE OR A FRESH NEW START. YOU WILL NOT KEEP YOUR RESEARCH (preferably a smaller server if you're new).

Farming can be boring, but someone's gotta do the dirty work at the end of the day. Practise on recoil training server for like 10 minutes every day, and soon you'll get the hang of the guns and their specific recoil(s).

Don't trust random people, make sure you know you can trust them and don't just give them access to your entire base, otherwise you're gonna get inside raided and absolutely ruined. Make sure to be a team player. Don't blame your team for what happens, take responsibility. We all ♥♥♥♥ up, and we need to make sure our teammates know we have the guts to admit to that.

Overall, 9/10 game. Amazing. Spectacular. Spent the last month or two playing it and met some of the closest friends I've ever had online through it. Chill, but make sure to swallow the pill and choke on it, AKA, don't be dumb.

Really fun. Trust me. Put some time into the multiplayer servers and the fun is endless.
