it always amazes me how much detail some graphics artists can squeeze into low rez plain.. onto a pixel art sheet. i liked blurring affect when falling asleep, too. Technically this gamey was very interesting. Kinda misterious plot, tho.

It’s a good game technically and features great, melancholic music that reminded me of the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It feels like a one-man draft designed to be redone by a major studio into something like Life is Strange or Tell Me Why. I’d gladly see more of these story-rich games, but I’d prefer them without the focus on queer romance or themes of suicide—perhaps something faith-based or centered on Jesus.

map seems to be having unperfections here and there.. in some secluded areas, buildings arent joined with ground in some city districts, some rocks suspended in the air... needs stitching, but overall i really enjoyed this demo. Its a fantastic smooth gamy for kids n even grownups... fans of StarWars univers and fans of Sci-fi in general. Its a good, good looking, nice playing game.

it`s already good in alpha stage. Good job, home boy. Add anolog sticks stearing, full extreeme haptive feedback on newest controllers and force feedback on wheels, add more body looks variations, add more camera perspectives, clean out the ui, let people play without login for trial, and boom - it will be EAsports level ;)

Great Parody, but the "Romance" Mechanics aren't for Everyone

PolyArmory is a mechanically solid shooter with some genuinely funny moments, though it takes a very specific creative direction that won't appeal to everyone.

The highlight for me was the atmosphere in the bunker. Listening to the "Colt Michigan Experience"—a brilliant parody of independent conspiracy shows like Alex Jones’ InfoWars—was a blast. The game captures that subculture perfectly, from the frantic warnings about "mind-state augmenting chemtrails" to the "Colt Michigan" character hawking weird supplements like "Gun Smoke Cologne." The title of the show even seems to be a nod to The Joe Rogan Experience. My only gripe with these segments is the lack of a "sit" mechanic; it feels a bit strange standing awkwardly in the corner of a cozy bunker just to hear the broadcast.

The combat itself is intense and demanding, especially in the later stages when enemies rush your compound. However, the game’s core hook is where it lost me. The "PolyArmory" title is literal: the guns are characterized as being attracted to the player, moaning when fired. The breaking point for me was a required objective to "oil up" the male-voiced, male-themed firearms.

While some might see this as an extension of the game's absurdist parody, it felt like forced indoctrination into "deviantism." As a straight player, I found these "woke" elements overbearing and unnecessary. It’s a shame, because the shooting and the satire are well-done, but I had to stop playing when the game demanded I participate in those specific mechanics. I’d love to finish the story if the developers ever patch in an option to bypass the "gun-oiling" of male guns requirements and tone down the moaning. as you`d pick dialog lines in a straight way.

Good prologue. Fun mystery point n click type game. Passionate voiceovers, and distinct voices, no reusing.. like in many other. I can see this developping into long good series.
