another strike+ has hit the spire

genuinely loved the game-play

up until the unskippable sermon with questionable christian music. literally that threw away the story for me. instead of it being watching Jenny find self love with herself and her body/life, we get a half-ass "jesus loves you" and a magical prayer activity that is purposely meant to carry us to completing our goals. this felt out of nowhere honestly and as soon as the music started, i was just upset. i sorta wish it was sprinkled a bit around the story leading up to chapter 5 at least.

i also feel like they just threw away Jenny's reasoning for dieting pretty quickly. like, after chapter 2 you just continue the diet because the game requires you to. there is no external pressure anymore like her mom nagging you to lose weight or get someone's attention because you're with Oliver at that point.

i hope no teenager going through similar problems like presented in this game plays this, because they'll just end up with the mentality of praying away their ED and never reaching out for help. completely threw the ball here. im really bummed out since i wanted to 100% the game, but i cant bring myself to after that.

game crashed when i tried to add the adjectives "pregnant twins" onto Batman. please fix this bug. im very emotionally distraught.

IMA SHOW YOU HOW TO MAKE A POUND CAKE !

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened, (2 sticks)
  
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
  
• 2 cups granulated sugar
  
• 6 large eggs (room temperature)

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
   
2. Grease and flour a tube pan.
   
3. Cream the butter and sugar. The mixture should be light in color, like a pale yellow.
   
4. Add the eggs one at a time. Continue to mix until the egg disappears completely into the mixture.
   
5. Slowly incorporate the flour into the mixture one ½ cup at a time.
   
6. Bake for 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
   
7. Allow to cool in the pan 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan to a wire rack and let cool completely.

If adding vanilla extract, use 1 teaspoon.
