A classic that still holds up. This version contains all the content from the base game and its expansion pack, with some slightly updated graphics. Combat in this game is great, each nation has unique traits and units which the player (or computer) can yield to conquer the world The game is intuitive and fluid with a good UI. One of the best strategy games ever.

One of the best abstract world designs, simply unique and unrepeatable. The game is incredibly atmospheric. Dynamic battles with cool and unique abilities alternate with calm exploration of the game's amazing world with its viscous, immersive, and captivating atmosphere. It's a masterpiece. With solid combat, phantasmal settings, unreal visuals and scale, and just such an intriguing method of storytelling, I can't recommend this game enough.

It might just be THE definitive Souls game. A true return to what made the series great in the first place: the level design. It's not to say, however, they haven't also touched upon other aspects. The combat feels more refined, with both character and npc animations looking as smooth as ever.

The haunting gothic atmosphere returns again to chill us with the deathless laughter that had us replaying the original over and over... and this one is no different. If you already love the Souls series, there's nothing to stop you from loving Dark Souls III.

The enemies and bosses are insanely varied, difficult and ultimately completely fair to go against (for the most part).

One of the few games I would consider to be a genuine masterpiece. This is the peak of the Souls genre as a whole and offers the most enjoyable form of video game suffering money can buy.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor stands as a masterpiece of game design. It takes familiar mechanics and elevates them with one of the most innovative systems in modern gaming. The Nemesis System isn't just a gimmick — it's a paradigm shift, a demonstration of how procedural generation and dynamic AI can create stories as compelling as authored. The combat system, an evolution of Arkham’s, is fluid, brilliant, and consistently satisfying. Exploring Middle-earth is pure joy; side quests, though repetitive, are fun, and roaming the open world feels magical.

Overall, it’s a must-play for fans of action and fantasy.

SoW is SoM, but just better. If you liked the first game, then you might like the second one. It successfully evolves the Nemesis System into something grander, offering a strategic layer that makes you feel like a true commander of armies. The fortress sieges are spectacular, and the infinite variety of orc personalities keeps the moment-to-moment gameplay engaging. It continues the story in a respectable fashion, and gives us a satisfying ending to Talions story.
The Music very underrated.

Max Payne 3 is not just a game; it’s an experience that transcends the typical boundaries of the action genre. From the moment you plunge into it’s gritty world, the game immerses you in a dark narrative filled with complex characters and a haunting atmosphere. The gameplay delivers satisfying gunplay with smooth mechanics and that classic bullet-time action that the series is known for.
The level design is smart, the pacing keeps you hooked, and the atmosphere is incredibly immersive. Even years later, the game’s presentation, storytelling, and action sequences feel polished and thrilling.

A Gripping Masterpiece (10/10)

The game plays like a true Robocop movie with all the quirks and features of a mid-budget 80's action classic. Everything works : the dialogues, it's story, it's dystopian future setting,it's gameplay, how you boost your skills, etc. So many references and easter eggs for anyone who is a fan of the first movies.

Highly recommended.

This is a truly remake, the original game is a masterpiece, and the remake brought to the new generation keep being a masterpiece.

The gunplay in the game is extremely solid, with a great sense of survival horror. Tight inventory management, scarce ammo drops, zombies being hard to kill, etc. This all adds up with a great atmosphere especially in the RPD, the true star of the game. What helps making this atmosphere even more frightening is the music and sound design, while music isn't always there, the sound of zombies and their footsteps echoing through the halls are excellent.

Really a breath of fresh air. The shooting and driving is a lot like GTA 4 but the remaining gameplay is amazingly intricate. The highlights of the game are the interrogation sequences. These sequences make tremendous use of motion capture and allow the player to think like a detective. The best interrogation sequences are the ones where you must choose who the culprit is. The graphics are stunning to say the least. Team Bondi did an amazing job recreating 1940s L.A. You can really get a sense of what this time period was like just by looking at the scenery. The game's soundtrack also transports you back to this time period.

This is gaming at its finest.
