at the moment i would not recommend this game to a friend, but being in early access i hope the game improves over time <3

there are a lot of systems that feel bloaty to me. i never felt great about picking up joker cards, and eventually i started ignoring some of them because it wasn't worth the effort to hold F on them for 1 second. the ones i encountered were buffs like "10% increased speed" or "+10% fire rate while aiming" - and so they felt small enough to be insignificant.

i didn't enjoy the ammo management and it felt mostly just frustrating to me.

a lot of little things that feel like they're fighting to keep my attention, and it ended up just feeling a little overwhelming.

i thought the art and environments were super pretty, and i love the robot animal models!! the maps are fun to run around in. my group & i also loved the quiz quest <3

hell yes. i wanna find some friends before playing more, but what i've seen (and listened to!) has been really sick. i especially love the music, and after writing this i'm going to immediately go see if it's on bandcamp <3
