Don't trust the negative reviews. They're just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the tiny details to feel important. While it isn't as impressive as New Vegas in the story department, I enjoy the direction they went, especially with the voiced protagonist.

Don't expect some amazing story. I've played all of the Fallout games. They all have extremely weak stories. The fun is in the world and the characters you can meet. Not in the storyline.

This game isn't perfect. But I didn't demand perfection. I suppose it's because I began as a console brat, but who cares that much if you can't rebind your keys? Who cares if the FPS doesn't reach 60? The game should be fun to play first and foremost, and if it fails there then it doesn't deserve your time.

Is it some deep, amazing story with nuanced characters? No. It's more like Fallout 3. But that's okay. The world is beautiful, the leveling system has been overhauled to be more like skyrim (which I like, personally), the characters are interesting, and the power armor finally feels more like the tank the lore describes it as rather than glorified metal armor.

This game is worth it. I know I'll be losing many hours to it.

One of my all time favorites since I was 10. It can be a bit tedious, but it's still a fun time killer. Reccomended.
