Bastion: Why you should buy this game (brief wording)

Pros: Art style is gorgeous

Gameplay is solid for those who like top down action RPGS. Many customizable loadouts that change things up.

Decent amount of replayability for completionists

Music is stunning and haunting at the same time.

That narrator voice, enough said.

Difficulty is customizable. You chose how hard you really want the game to be with shrines (like Halo skulls).

Bastion: Why you may want to hold off or wait for a sale

Cons: First play through will take you about 4-6 hours depending on Shrines. If you do not want to be a completionist t then the incentive to play after is not really there since New Game + isn't harder or different in any way.

The story is not well written in my opinion.


Overall I would definatly recommend this game. The experience is amazing, especially since this is Supergiant's first game ever as a studio. This game has great game play, an amazing art design that gives off a unique and gorgeous atmosphere as well as music that you will continue to listen to long after you put down the game. I cant wait to try their next game Transistor.
