This man sexually assaulted me and my family, he approached my wife at a restaurant with his penis inside of an eggroll. I was disgusted with his actions and confronted him, he proceeded to chant "Keep Talking Whitey". Before we left he gave my 8 year old daughter a note that said "14 is legal in Indiana"

Please help, this man won't stop sending me pics of him dressed as a femboy captioned, "Let me eat that ♥♥♥♥ with my sweaty moobs." Everytime i block him he creates a new account and does the same, I would private my account but this is my lively hood and valve has done nothing to help me.
