Hi Tek. I get why you’re annoyed. You want to jump into ranked, and instead you’re blocked because your number is already flagged and you can’t queue at all. That’s a horrible first impression.

You can go through a few steps to double-check your details and then get the ban on your number reviewed through support. You can start from the Rainbow Six Siege support page[www.ubisoft.com].

- Open the Rainbow Six Siege support hub[www.ubisoft.com] and sign in with the same Ubisoft account you’re using for Siege.
- Go to your account settings and check which phone number is currently attached.
- Make sure it’s typed correctly and matches your real number.
- If the number doesn’t look right, update it to your correct phone number and then restart the game to see if ranked opens up.
- If the number is correct but still shows as banned, go back to the support page[www.ubisoft.com] and create a support case under the player safety or account section so the team can review the restriction.
- In your ticket, include a screenshot of the in-game message and mention that you haven’t used this number for Siege before, so they can check what’s going on.
- Keep an eye on your email and the support site for a reply in case they ask for any extra details.
