Firearm manipulation simulator with rogue-like elements and existentialist themes. Not for everyone but definitely saved my life at one point. Really hammers home how dangerous guns can be if they aren't respected, and makes clear that taking care of yourself and cultivating what you can of what's around you is a crucial step in getting better and staying there. I love this game.
