If I ever have a family member or friend who suffers from insomnia or any kind of sleeping illness, I'd put this on for them and watch them fall asleep soundly. That being said, if you're a normal sane person, you might want to stay away from this.

After 267.8 hours of Starfield, I'm dropping it.

The game is way too repetitive. The exploration fun factor is slim to none, with only around a few sets of buildings and natural spawns to occur, there's hardly anything to do besides quests, and I'm tired of doing them.

Starfield has a decent quests system, but it's nowhere near what it should've been compared to their older games. Even the main story is repetitive as well, as the only real goal is to hunt the Artifacts, (I won't say much else since it is spoilers) to have somewhat of a mediocre ending where you are essentially forced to NG+ if you want to 100% the game. Doing the rest of the quests is uninteresting. (Crimson Fleet questline was the best of all of them).

These are my thoughts after beating NG+10, which has all of the powers maxed out, and god-tier weapons and gear. Other than that, the game is as wide as an ocean and as deep as a puddle. This was also a lesson for me to never pre-order another video game again, hopefully, this information holds some value to you if you're considering picking up Starfield (especially if you're coming from NMS, just stick to NMS if you're all about exploration).

I'd 100% recommend to anyone who just wants to explore, build, and see the vastness of space. 8/10
