Source Filmmaker is actually very easy to learn and simple to use, especially for beginners who want to get into basic animation. At the beginning, i was honestly confused and struggled a lot trying to understand how everything worked. The interface felt overwhelming at first, and it took some time to get used to the controls. However, after spending more time with it, i was able to adapt and gradually understand how the tools work.

Once you get past the initial learning curve, creating basic animations becomes much more manageable. Source Filmmaker is clearly an old application. The software feels outdated, and i encountered several bugs while using it. These issues can sometimes disrupt the workflow and make the experience a bit frustrating.

Still, considering that it is completely free and offers solid animation features, this is something that feels understandable. Overall, Source Filmmaker is a good tool for animation, especially as a starting point. Despite being old and buggy in some areas, it is still worth using as a foundation to learn basic animation skills.
